These Terms of Use govern your use of the Goal Tracker mobile application and related website. By using Goal Tracker, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Goal Tracker is a personal goal-tracking tool that lets you create goals, record progress, view pace information, set reminders, and use other goal-management features. You are responsible for the goals, values, notes, and other content you enter.

2. Free and Pro features

The free version supports up to three active goals and basic goal tracking. Goal Tracker Pro may provide features including unlimited active goals, goal templates, advanced reminders, and advanced insights. Available features may evolve as the app is improved.

3. Purchases, subscriptions, and lifetime access

Paid features are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Monthly and annual plans are auto-renewable subscriptions unless canceled. Subscription pricing and duration are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings in accordance with Apple's rules. A lifetime purchase, when offered, is a non-consumable purchase that provides access to the applicable Pro features for the supported lifetime of the Goal Tracker product, subject to these Terms.

Billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple under the terms applicable to your Apple account and App Store purchases. Goal Tracker also uses RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage Pro entitlement status. The app includes a Restore Purchases function for eligible purchases.

4. No professional advice

Goal Tracker provides organizational and mathematical tracking tools only. Progress, pace, projections, and other information shown by the app are not financial, medical, fitness, legal, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions and actions based on your goals.

5. Acceptable use

You may use Goal Tracker for lawful personal purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the app's operation, circumvent purchase controls, reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, improve, add, or discontinue features. We aim to keep Goal Tracker available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Goal Tracker is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Apple terms

Your use of the iOS application is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's standard terms governing licensed applications. Where Apple's applicable terms provide rights or obligations that cannot be modified by these Terms, Apple's terms control.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with Goal Tracker.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
